Business Technology Integrators (BTI) in Upper Marlboro, MD. We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, cloud infrastructure systems, and related services such as Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and VMWare VCenter. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 platform and cloud infrastructure systems.
• Administer Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview Records Management for data compliance.
• Oversee enterprise backup/restore processes to ensure data integrity.
• Administer and maintain VMWare VCenter for virtual environments.
• Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure the security of all systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365, Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with cloud servers and cloud infrastructure systems.
• Hands-on expertise with VMWare VCenter and enterprise backup/restore systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage system upgrades and security.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
