Data Center / Telecommunications Lead Engineer

BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services.
BTI is currently searching for a Data Center / Telecommunications Lead Engineer to fulfill the roles and responsibilities below:
The Data Center/Telecommunications Lead Engineer provides technical leadership for all data center, telecommunications, and infrastructure lifecycle management activities. Responsibilities include infrastructure design, equipment installation, telecommunications services management, cabling architecture, asset lifecycle planning, documentation management, and operational support. This individual leads engineering efforts to ensure reliable and secure infrastructure operations that support mission requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- CCNP Enterprise, BICSI, or comparable certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing data center hardware and telecommunications services.
- Experience with network infrastructure design and lifecycle management.
- Proven technical leadership experience.
